Helpful information about making, changing and preparing for your appointment.

You can book online at any time through our booking system by selecting your preferred treatment, duration and available appointment time.
You can also call us on 0417 579 743 or send a message through our Facebook page, Moment Space Wellness Massage. If we’re with a client and unable to respond immediately, we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

To ensure every client receives the best possible experience, Moment Space operates by appointment only. Booking in advance is recommended to secure your preferred treatment and appointment time.

Late arrival may reduce your treatment time so the following appointment can begin as scheduled. The full appointment fee may still apply.

Please provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee in accordance with our booking policy.
Before Your Massage
Simple guidance to help you arrive feeling comfortable, prepared and ready to unwind.

Wear whatever feels comfortable. For most massage treatments, you’ll be given privacy to undress only to your level of comfort, and your body will remain professionally draped throughout the session.
For hygiene and professional treatment standards, underwear must remain on at all times. Moment Space reserves the right to decline or discontinue treatment if appropriate underwear is not worn.

Yes. New clients may be asked to complete a short intake form before their appointment. This helps us understand your health history, treatment goals and any areas that may require additional care.

Please let us know about any pain, injuries, medical conditions, recent surgery, pregnancy or areas you would prefer us to avoid. The more we understand about your needs, the more thoughtfully your treatment can be tailored.

Absolutely. Pressure is always adjusted to your comfort and preferences. Please speak up at any time if you would like the pressure to be lighter, firmer or changed during the treatment.

A light meal is generally fine, but it’s best to avoid a large or heavy meal immediately before your appointment. Staying hydrated before and after your massage is also recommended.

Please arrive around five minutes before your appointment. This allows you time to settle in, slow down and arrive feeling calm, so you can enjoy the best possible massage experience.

Please contact Moment Space before attending if you are feeling unwell, have a fever or are experiencing symptoms of a contagious illness. We can help you reschedule your appointment for a more suitable time.
Payments & Private Health

We accept card payments, cash and eligible Moment Space gift vouchers.

Private health rebates may be available for eligible remedial massage treatments, depending on your insurer and level of cover.

Yes. HICAPS is available for eligible remedial massage treatments. Please bring your physical private health card to your appointment.

If a claim cannot be processed or is declined, the full treatment fee will still be payable.

Yes. A treatment receipt can be provided after payment for your records or a manual private health claim.

Moment Space Wellness Massage is located inside Twin Rivers Osteopathy at 60 Ligar Street, Bairnsdale VIC 3875.

Yes. On-site parking is available for clients, with additional street parking nearby.

Yes. Wheelchair access is available via a ramp at the rear entrance, and a designated accessible parking space is available in the car park.

Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm, and Saturday to Sunday, 9am–5pm. Opening hours may vary depending on appointment availability, and may occasionally close on selected days.

Yes. Moment Space operates by appointment only to ensure every client receives a calm, personalised and uninterrupted treatment experience.

Gift Vouchers

No. All Moment Space gift vouchers have no expiry date, giving the recipient the flexibility to use their voucher whenever the time feels right.

Yes. Digital gift vouchers can be emailed directly to the recipient or sent to yourself so you can give the voucher personally at a later time.

Yes. Physical gift vouchers are available in your chosen value or massage experience and can be collected in Bairnsdale by prior arrangement.

The recipient can simply pay the remaining difference. Any unused balance from a flexible-value voucher can be saved for a future eligible treatment.
